We have a full week of space-themed activities, talks, hands-on events, and even movie nights planned. Participants will get a chance to see special space artifacts from NASA, get up close and personal with rockets, robots, and drones, and even do a little space exploration themselves at a night-time star party. But we need help promoting the event and getting the community involved. That’s where you come in!
We are looking for support from local businesses to help promote the event, drive traffic to the Gateway STEM Center and other businesses in Robertson County, and raise funds for continued programming for the Gateway STEM Center.
We have put together five package options for support and donations.
Mission Control
Help us promote Springfield Space Week by putting posters up and/or table tents out for patrons of your business to see.
Rocket Fuel
In addition to the “Mission Control” level, create a space-themed display or special dish, drink, or product for the week. Any posts relating to specials would be shared on our social media. Specials will be added to our website as well.
Launch to the Moon
In addition to the “Mission Control” level, provide us with an in-kind donation for silent auction to be held throughout the event. This donation level would grant you placement on our “planetary explorer” card designed to drive foot traffic into Robertson County Businesses, as well as on our website.
Space Walk
Adding a monetary donation in any amount to the “Mission Control” or “Rocket Fuel” levels will grant placement on our “planetary explorer” card, website, and social media promotion.
Star Explorer
For a monetary donation exceeding $500 you’ll get placement on the “space explorer” card, website and social media promotion, your business’s logo displayed at Gateway STEM Center throughout the week, and the option to have the Rocket Engine present at your business for a whole day during Springfield Space Week for photos.
